Elegant Design Meets Total Privacy
The Vinyl Privacy Fence with Lattice Top 6' Panel combines the security of a full privacy fence with a decorative touch of elegance. This panel features a solid privacy section at the bottom, topped with a beautiful open-lattice design that allows light and air to pass through while still obstructing the view. The panel stands at an installed height of 72 inches (6 feet), making it an excellent boundary fence. It has a total height of 96 inches to accommodate dig-in installation. With a width of 96 inches and a robust 5-inch thickness, this white vinyl fence adds significant curb appeal to any home.
Vinyl Resin
The core material in vinyl products. We use calcium carbide synthesis technology to extract vinyl resin. Compared with petroleum ethylene synthesis technology, our method does not consume oil resources, making this process pollution-free.
Manufacture
The production process of vinyl products does not generate any harmful substances. We heat and melt the raw materials to create the final products using injection and extrusion technology. Leftover materials are re-ground into raw materials for production. We use recycled water to cool down the whole system to ensure we do not deplete water resources.
Vinyl Products
We only use 100% virgin material to produce high-quality products with UV resistance. This means our products do not blister, peel, corrode, rot, or weather. As time goes by, our products remain durable and do not decompose into the soil. In the same life cycle, wooden fences require frequent part replacements; our durability is the most significant step we take to prevent trees from being cut down.
Maintenance
To prevent insects from corroding wood, wooden fences need to be painted intermittently, similar to how metal fences must be treated to prevent rust. However, the formaldehyde in paint does great harm to the environment and the human body. Showtech high-quality products do not need a painted surface. Regular maintenance requires only cleaning with water.
Recycling & Warranty
If First Fence USA vinyl fences need to be taken down, they can be recycled into other plastic products, such as hotel access cards, or be used for thermal power generation, achieving the purpose of resource recovery. We offer a lifetime warranty on all vinyl components. We only use 100% virgin material to produce high-quality products, meeting ASTM F964 and D1748 specifications. We add 10 parts of titanium dioxide (TiO2), making vinyl products UV-resistant. All products hold SGS and ISO9001 certifications.
