We utilize calcium carbide synthesis for our vinyl resin, a technology that is pollution-free and oil-independent. Our manufacturing facility uses injection and extrusion methods that avoid harmful emissions. We are committed to a zero-waste policy, re-grinding all production scraps and utilizing recycled water for system cooling.

Constructed from 100% virgin material, our panels meet ASTM F964 and D1748 specifications.
