The Vinyl Full Privacy Fence 4' Panel is the perfect solution for homeowners seeking a balance between security and an open feel. Standing 48 inches above the ground, this panel provides a defined boundary for your property without completely closing off your view. With a total height of 72 inches and a width of 96 inches, it is designed for a "dig-in" installation, ensuring the fence remains stable and secure deep within the earth. The 5-inch thickness and solid white vinyl construction provide a classic, clean aesthetic that complements any architectural style while offering the total privacy you desire.
Environmental Responsibility in Manufacturing
Our commitment to the planet is at the core of our manufacturing process. We use calcium carbide synthesis technology to extract vinyl resin. Compared with petroleum ethylene synthesis technology, our method does not consume oil resources, making this process pollution-free. The production process of vinyl products does not generate any harmful substances. We heat and melt the raw materials to create the final products using injection and extrusion technology. Leftover materials are re-ground into raw materials for production, and we use recycled water to cool down the whole system to ensure we do not deplete water resources.
Superior Durability and Material Quality
We only use 100% virgin material to produce high-quality products with UV resistance, meeting ASTM F964 and D1748 specifications. We also add 10 parts of titanium dioxide (TiO2), making our vinyl products exceptionally UV-resistant. This means our products do not blister, peel, corrode, rot, or weather. As time goes by, our products remain durable and do not decompose into the soil. In the same life cycle, wooden fences require frequent part replacements; our durability is the most significant step we take to prevent trees from being cut down. Our products are SGS and ISO9001 certified, ensuring you receive a world-class fencing solution.
Maintenance & Lifetime Sustainability
Maintenance is a breeze with our vinyl panels. To prevent insects from corroding wood, wooden fences need to be painted intermittently, similar to how metal fences must be treated to prevent rust. However, the formaldehyde in paint does great harm to the environment and the human body. Showtech high-quality products do not need a painted surface. Regular maintenance requires only cleaning with water. Furthermore, if First Fence USA vinyl fences need to be taken down, they can be recycled into other plastic products, such as hotel access cards, or be used for thermal power generation. We offer a lifetime warranty on all vinyl components.
