The 6' Full Privacy Vinyl Line Post is an essential component for any linear fence run. With a total height of 72 inches and a width of 5 inches, this post is designed to connect two fence panels in a straight line, providing the necessary structural integrity to maintain a level and secure fence line. Eco-Friendly Core Materials
The core material in our vinyl products is high-grade vinyl resin. We use calcium carbide synthesis technology to extract this resin, which avoids the consumption of petroleum resources and ensures a pollution-free extraction process. During manufacture, we utilize injection and extrusion technology that generates no harmful substances. To further our green mission, we use a closed-loop water system for cooling and re-grind all leftover materials back into our production line.
Engineered for the Elements
We only use 100% virgin material to produce high-quality products, meeting ASTM F964 and D1748 specifications. By adding 10 parts titanium dioxide (TiO2), we ensure the post is highly UV resistant, preventing the yellowing or brittleness often seen in inferior plastics. Our products are SGS and ISO9001 certified. Unlike wood, which rots and requires replacement, our vinyl posts remain durable and do not decompose into the soil, protecting both your investment and our forests.
Ease of Care & Recycling
Maintaining your fence line is simple; our posts do not require painting, avoiding the use of harmful formaldehyde-based paints. A simple spray with a garden hose is all that is needed to keep them looking new. At the end of their long life cycle, these posts can be recycled into items like hotel access cards or used for thermal power generation. We provide a lifetime warranty on all vinyl components.
