Designed for our 5-foot panels, the 7' Full Privacy Vinyl Line Post stands at a total height of 84 inches. This 5-inch wide post is essential for securing long stretches of fencing, providing the vertical strength needed for taller privacy barriers while maintaining a sleek, white aesthetic.
Green Resin Sourcing
Our core vinyl resin is extracted through calcium carbide synthesis, a method that protects oil resources and eliminates pollution. During manufacture, we melt raw materials for extrusion without producing harmful toxins. Our recycled water cooling system and scrap re-grinding process ensure our environmental footprint remains as small as possible.
UV Resistance and Material Strength
We use 100% virgin material for our posts, meeting ASTM F964 and D1748 standards. The addition of 10 parts titanium dioxide (TiO2) prevents the material from rotting or corroding. Our SGS and ISO9001 certifications prove our commitment to quality. Unlike wood, these posts will not decompose, preventing the need for frequent tree harvesting.
Easy Upkeep & Circular Economy
